I’m Amy Shook. I’ve spent my career on the inside.

Most recently I was Deputy General Counsel at Outcomes, including serving as acting Chief Legal Officer in 2025. Before that, as SVP of Legal at Convey Health Solutions, I built the legal department and led the company through its IPO and, later, its take-private.

I started my career as an M&A attorney, so I know how hourly billing works. Once I was in-house, I knew what I needed instead: streamlined, practical legal support at a predictable cost. That’s why I started Inlay Counsel.
